If you have something to celebrate or just want to eat out well, the Wassermann Restaurant is the right address for food lovers in the Ausseerland region. The Wassermann Restaurant is designed using both antique woodwork and selected trendy elements to create an exclusive yet cosy atmosphere.
Over the past years, head chef, Stefan Haas, has enjoyed contiued success by keeping an excellent track record of quality cuisine. The gourmet restaurant provides him with a new stage to present his creativity, coupled with the highest quality demands he continues to delight diners with his fine and extravagant dishes.

The dining experience is rounded off with a fine selection of Austrian and international wines. The restaurant head waitress, Hannah Savel, offers wine recommendations to suit the menu of your choice.
Thursday till Saturday from 6 pm. Closed on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Anticipation is half the fun. To fully enjoy the indidual courses please arrive for dining before 6:30 pm.
